Once an order has been placed, the semi-bespoke design process will begin, therefore no returns or refunds can be offered.
You will receive a digital design proof within 1 week of placing your order. Your invitations will then be with you within 3 weeks of approval of your digital proof. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48. A signature will be required upon delivery.
You CAN personalise: - Colours (text + top layer) - Names - Date - Venue - Ceremony time - RSVP deadline date - RSVP contact (QR code / email / phone number) - Important details (timings, accommodation, transport etc)
You CANNOT personalise: - Fonts - Shapes - Layout - Sizes
